'PantryChefPlate started from an inspired vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele, 75. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our family-owned pizza shop opened its doors with age-old recipes passed on for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, being mentored by esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza has its origins. After her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to traditional techniques using only premium components.

Our humble pizzeria, originally with only 12 seats, has now become a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practices remains steadfast. We continue to employ the same wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and select top-tier ingredients.

To this day, 'PantryChefPlate' is still guided by the Bianchi family, now passed down to the second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic team. While we have incorporated some contemporary improvements, the core of our restaurant stays the same: serving delectable, true pizza that unites our customers.
